Study on Cooperation Model in Virtual Enterprise

摘要：

The virtual enterprise organizes the enterprises that are geographically and organizationally different. Through the effective cooperation among enterprises, the enterprises will fulfill the goal as win-win. The present study are mainly focused on the virtual enterprise partner selection in the field of virtual enterprise cooperation, and the research of virtual enterprises cooperative mode is so few. A new cooperation model of virtual enterprise based on principal-agent theory is presented. It analyses the optimal incentive mechanism in virtual enterprise.
