Scales Decision of Operating Toll Highway

摘要：

The purpose of this paper is to discuss scales of operating highway which private funds want to invest and factors affecting highway scales. By applying profit-maximizing theory to decision-making process of operating highway enterprise , this paper deduces highway scales which operating highway enterprise wants to supply, and further analyzes influences of factors to highway scales with figures, such as toll demand elasticity, marginal cosu toll standards, and wishes the conclusions can improve the efficiency of private funds accessing to the highway construction for government.
