The Application of Knowledge Management in Project Management for R&D Organization

摘要：

On the basis of introducing the notion of knowledge management and independent innovation, this paper discusses the significance of applying knowledge management to the independent innovation and analyzes the mechanism of knowledge management enhancing the independent innovation abilities. Finally, a model of knowledge management for R&D organization independent innovation is put forward.
