Research on Strategies of Knowledge Sharing in High-tech Enterprise

摘要：

For high-tech enterprise, knowledge sharing among the employees has very important meaning in the development of it. On the base of analyzing the needs for knowledge sharing in high-tech enterprise and the difficulties of executing it, some strategies to improve the enthusiasm of employees and carry knowledge sharing into execution well have been presented in the paper, which can help the enterprise to develop more quickly.
