摘要：

Aiming at the guiding ideology of thick foundation, wide caliber for higher education, the author works out his opinions of definite orientation and characteristic as supplement, concluding the professional practice experience for the newly-set engineering management starting from the orientation, employment prospect, and summing up the specialty construction guiding ideology of thick foundation, wide caliber; definite orientation and characteristic for the project administration, emphasizing the development of advanced practical talents for the society.
