An Evaluation to Innovation Efficiency of High-Tech Industry in Liaoning Province Based on DEA-Malmquisti Index
High-tech industry occupies a pivotal position in the economic development of Liaoning Province. It is an urgent problem to solve that how to speed up hightech industry well and fast, enhance capability of independent innovation and change the mode of economic growth in Liaoning province. I found some problems and inadequacies of high-tech industrial development after analyzed total factor efficiency, changes in technical efficiency and technological advances in different industries of high-tech industry in Liaoning province based on DEA-Malmquist index method.
