Cause-effect Analysis in Career Plateau of Knowledge Female Employees

More female will step into career plateau earlier than before because there are many impact factors, such as flat organizational structure, occupational gender segregation, glass ceiling, work-family conflict and self-restraint. Career Plateau is an important study issue in female human resources development. We analyze the cause of knowledge female career plateau and then we provide some countermeasures based on organizations and individuals.
