The Performance Evaluation of Industry Enterprises Based on PLM
Along with large-scale application in manufacturing industry enterprise, the new management ideas have hot been regarded up till now. PLM (product Lifecycle Management) that has been developed as a new management idea can help enterprises change business mode. It can improve competition in the market. PLM make the personnel on the merit chain of the manufacturing enterprise collaborate. PLM can integrate all product information in to a main database in manufacturing enterprises and are shared by authorized personals. This paper summarizes the meaning of PLM and application situation of manufacturing industries in china, urges the application of PLM to the manufacturing enterprises, the author tries to seek Performance evaluation method in manufacturing enterprise.
