Study on Legal Perfection of Chinas Social Insurance Funds Supervision and Management
The paper analyses the defect of Chinas social insurance funds supervision on legislation, single mode and over-reliance on administrative supervision, lack of specialized supervision mechanism and party interested supervision path; low legislative level and inadequate legal supervision system. The paper also puts forward some concrete methods of perfecting Chinas social insurance funds supervision and management including improving the legislative level and establishing a sound legal system, establishing special supervisory system and expanding of monitoring system, optimizing monitoring content and establishing a civil liability regime.
