Optimization of Extraction of Dihydromyricetin from Ampelopsis Grossedentata Leaves Using Response Surface Methodology
The dihydromyricetin in ampelopsis grossedentata leaves was extracted by refluxing with ethanol-water. Through response surface methodology, the optimum condition was determined as following: extracting temperature 70 ℃, extracting time 60 min, ethanol concentration 58%, and ratio of solvent to material 40. Under this condition, the dihydromyricetin yield was as high as 73.93%.
