Virtual Disassembly and Evaluation of Virtual Maintenance
By virtual maintenance system, the sequence of disassembly and the interference space of disassembly are studied. The estimate of total maintenance work time and maintenance cost can be analyzed and demonstrated. In this paper, by researching how to disassemble the components in virtual maintenance system, disassembly skill level of the personnel can be improved greatly, the feasibility of disassembly sequence can be validated, problems can be detected, and the perfect sequence of disassembly is finally obtained.
