Operation Modes of Agricultural Products Closed Supply Chain System Enclosing the Core Enterprise in China
In order to effectively improve supply chain efficiency to ensure agricultural products safety and quality, The author discussed a closed supply chain system which is led by the core enterprise. The paper firstly analyzed the lead role of the core enterprise (C.E.) in closed supply chain. Then, the paper indicated the closed supply chain should be monitored throughout the supply chain by several members. And the paper analyzed how to control the quality of agricultural products under the closed supply chain. The core enterprise can be in different stage. Contraposing that, the author finally constructed respectively operation modes and analyzed advantages of each model.
