Analysis and Evaluation of Core Competence of Beibu Gulf High-tech Enterprises
In order to analyze core competence of enterprises and formulate sustainable development strategy for enterprises, this paper establishes principle factor scores model and comprehensive scores model of core competence by creating core competence evaluation index system of Beibu Gulf High-tech enterprises. The paper also evaluates and analyses the core competence of Beibu Gulf High-tech enterprises in Guangxi by calculating principle factor scores and comprehensive scores of the core competence. At last, this paper proposes countermeasures and suggestions on how to strengthen comprehensive competence and achieve sustainable development, based on the analysis of the competitive advantage and disadvantaged of the enterprises.
