On Human-oriented Management During Building a Harmonious Enterprise
In order to mobilize the enthusiasm of employees, to build a harmonious corporate culture, and to improve enterprise management level, the article puts forward the methods of improving employee satisfaction, enhancing staff communication, regarding the cultivation and innovation of corporate culture to achieve human-oriented enterprise management.
