Research on High Efficient Operation Mechanism of Rural Infrastructure Based on the Life Cycle Cost Theory
As one outstanding behavior of the three agriculture problem, most of the rural infrastructure have short life and cant reach the design life-span. In order to solve the above problem, this article firstly illustrates the reasons of ignoring rural infrastructure maintenance. Then it analyses economy cost of highly efficient operation of rural infrastructure, using the Life Cycle Cost Theory, which carried on the economic analysis of highly efficient operation in rural infrastructure. Finally, it ascertains the requirement cost through all kinds of cost analysis, in order to put a perfect base of the later research, such as financing calculate model.
