Research of Cultivation Project Design Based on the High-Skilled Talents Ability Demand in Iron&Steel Enterprises

摘要：

The high-skilled talent is an important human resource in iron and steel enterprises, and is the backbone element in achieving energy-saving emission reduction and sustainable development. This paper is for in-depth interviews to the employed in iron and steel enterprises, and it analysis that the highskilled talents ability demand. On this basis, it applies the development method based on the industrial engineering systematization to design and research of the talents cultivation project, which is to provide useful suggestions for cultivating the high-skilled talent in iron and steel enterprises.
