Cause-effect Analysis of Deficiency in Touring Administrative Major Hotel Internship

摘要：

It is obligatory for campus students to work interns in certain period of time under the requirement of Chinese ministry of national education. Hotel interns are one of the most important learning stages during touring administrative students studying time. Students will combine their major theory and major skills with internship. However, touring administrative major students are lack of efficiency in their hotels internship. We analyze the reason of deficiency internship and then we provide some advice to improve hotel internship in order to improve practice effect and cultivate more capable graduate students.
