There is a apical dominance principle in plant growth, to automatically adjust for the plant growth, but sometimes this principle is not conducive to agricultural production, in order to solve this problem, agricultural production use of sharp pinch principle to divert apical dominance. Human society and the biosphere are surprisingly similar. There are also a lot of apical dominance phenomenon in the enterprise management, For apical dominance phenomenon that is not conducive to social production , we should be try to break through also.
