The Empirical Study of Employee Satisfaction Degree of Zhengzhou Clothing Enterprises
This article established five evaluation dimensions, including work rewards, the work itself, business management, interpersonal relationships and living conditions. This article analyzed the results of the questionnaire survey by means of fuzzy evaluation. The conclusion is that the employee satisfaction degree of Zhengzhou Clothing Enterprises is overall low and the suggestions are as following: To increase the pay level and improve the incentive mechanism; to enhance job security; to practice the human-oriented management and regular evaluation of employee satisfaction. Innovation of this article is that it focuses on a certain industry in a certain region, to which few domestic scholars have ever paid attention.
