Research on Development Strategy of High-tech Industry in Henan Province

摘要：

We analysis the results of research which related to the development of high-tech industries at home and abroad, and we analysis how to build a system of environment of the development of high-tech industries in Henan Province too. On this basis, we put forward some countermeasures and suggestions to improve the environmental system of the development of high-tech industries in Henan province.
