An Evaluation Analysis of the Scientific & Technical Competitiveness of High-Tech Industry Based on the DEA
Using the method of the DEA, this paper builds a reasonable evaluation index system and takes for example Henan Province in China in order to assess whether the input-output efficiency of high-tech industry was reasonable from 2004 to 2008 and what influence had on the scientific & technical competitiveness. Then analyzing the level of the high-tech of industry in different aspects and finding out the existing problems, the paper proposed some countermeasures and suggestions for the future development of the high-tech industry of Henan Province to give the guidance to work out a strategy of the development of the High-tech industry in China.
