A Study on the Strategies of Supply Chain Management Under the Circumstances of E-business

摘要：

This article studies the development of supply chain management under the circumstances of E-business. Based on the illustration of the relationship between E-business and supply chain management, this article analyzes the influence of E-business on supply chain from the aspects of operation modes, inventory, reengineering of business process, and the transformation between logistics and information flow. And the article analyzes the strategies of supply chain management under E-business circumstances in detail.
