An Empirical Research on Knowledge Sharing within Multinational
It is complicated for the influential factors of knowledge sharing within multinational (KSM). In this paper, it analyzed the influential factors of KSM from the direction of organizational characteristics, technology support, subject and object feature, knowledge characteristics and so on. Then, it put forward assumption, which was verified subsequently with the help of structural equation modeling. At last, it proposed measures to improve the efficiency of knowledge sharing within multinational by means of the path analysis diagram.
