Morphological Filtering and Its Application in Mechanical Signals Processing

摘要：

A method for processing mechanical signals was presented, which was based on morphological filter The morphological filter was used for the defect diagnosis of rolling bearings, extracting the impulsive signal from the initial vibration signal and demodulating the signals. And then the spectrum analysis on the demodulated envelope was made. The proposed approach for processing mechanical signals has been successfully applied to fault diagnosis of rolling bearing.
