ECG De-Noising using SWT and Spatial Correlation Filtering

A method based on stationary wavelet transform (SWT) and spatial correlation filtering is proposed to eliminate the noise in ECG signal. The stationary wavelet transform is used to decompose the noisy signal, and the spatial correlation filtering is applied to shrink the wavelet coefficients. The experiment proves that the algorithm is effective.
