摘要：

This paper has designed a SPC exchange for the use of home. The design includes all the basic functions of program-controlled switches. Its port of administrator manages all the other ports, controls the other sub-telephone call permissions. At the same time the switch has a call forwarding feature , automatically ringing, since the given time Not Disturbing feature according to the settings time, arbitrary setting the numbers of the other extension.
