Research on FLOSS Intellectual Property Rights Tracking Process

摘要：

The purpose of this paper is to focus on the license problems of component-based software, and describes the FLOSS (Free, Library, Open Source software) Intellectual Property Rights (IPR) tracking process in QualiPSo project. This process provides a clear situation of intellectual property rights associated to the software and to any of its components as well as all other legal constraints that may exists. Architecture of automated IPR tracking process is also discussed.
