E-Commerce Website Evaluation Through Fuzzy Analytical Hierarchy Process
With the fast development of the E-commerce, it becomes critical to set up an E-commerce Evaluation criteria system. Fuzzy Analytic Hierarchy Process is a new multi-criteria evaluation method evolved from Saatys AHP. Due to the complexity and uncertainty involved in real world decision problems, a decision maker may sometimes feel more confident to provide fuzzy judgments than crisp comparisons. A structured model for evaluating the E-commerce by analytic hierarchy process (AHP) is proposed based on linguistic variable weight. The proposed system has an extent analysis method on AHP was proposed to show an easy procedure of ranking fuzzy numbers to rank aggregate triangular fuzzy numbers, and to obtain a crisp priority vector. Finally, a numerical example illustrates the procedure of the proposed AHP.
