Study on Employee Incentive Mechanisms Evaluation Based on Factor Analysis and Fuzzy Comprehensive Evaluation

Employee incentive mechanisms is important in enterprise business, and it is important to select a proper method to assess it. First, the index system for employee incentive mechanisms evaluation is built by analyzing influencing factors of employee incentive mechanisms based on factor analysis and test. Then, Fuzzy comprehensive evaluation is applied to evaluate employee incentive mechanisms. Finally, the example indicates that the model is simple and convenient. The computation is simple and convenient, and the result is appropriate. The model has wide application foreground. The study provides reliable analytical tool and credible academic bases and references for enterprise business risk evaluation.
