摘要：

In order to solve the problem of low efficiency, heavy workload and poor accuracy, according to the system of plates layout optimization, designs the system of quota calculation and quota management in C/S mode. Realizes data import, quota calculation, data management and quota management, and introduces the frame of the system, workflow plan and so on.
