Research on Knowledge Model of Natural Disaster Emergency Response Based on Knowledge Expression

摘要：

As a kind of public emergencies, natural disaster caused huge losses of life and property. So, natural disaster emergency response is particularly important. In this paper, building a knowledge model of natural disaster emergency response using the theory of knowledge expression, then making it visualized with UML. This knowledge model can make the knowledge of natural disaster emergency response more modeling, more practical, also it can be applied to emergency system knowledge base. Thus this can improve the perfection of emergency response system.
