The Advantage of Business Associations Governance over Industrial Clusters

摘要：

Based on theory of institutional economics and the practices of Wenzhou business association in Zhejiang province of China, this paper analyzed the advantage of business associations governance over industrial clusters from the aspects of information, arbitration, principal-agent relation, which can be a reference for governments in making economy development policies.
