Ontology Building of Ocean Carbon Cycle Using Role Model

Ocean is the largest carbon sink on earth, and ocean carbon cycle is the mostly important part of the global carbon cycle. Many researches have studied the ocean carbon cycle model trying to regulate the level of atmosphere CO2. This paper presents carbon transfer and carbon end-result in the ocean focus on the state transition of carbon element. In order to share the basic knowledge of ocean carbon cycle, we propose an ontology model using Hozo role theory. Our research describes a new view at the ocean carbon cycle.
