A Calculating Method of Weighted Normalized Standard Score
In colleges and universities, the complex types of courses, quite different scoring standard, various forms of scores and the poor comparability of scores make difficult to assess students comprehensive scores. According to the characteristics of course assessment in colleges and universities, this paper proposes a calculating method of weighted normalized standard score to score students in various subjects comprehensively. It can not only solve the problems existing in different subjects, such as course nature, evaluating goal, scoring standard and different forms of scores, but also consider the factors of students learning amount and the importance of a course in comprehensively scoring, which makes the evaluation results more reasonable.
