Research and Exploration on CRM System Innovation Acceptance Based on UTAUT Model

This paper is based on the empirical questionnaires, years of CRM implementation experience and actual case studies and Unified Theory of Acceptance and Use of Technology (UTAUT). In the meanwhile, the paper proposed CRM system innovation acceptance model to provide a complete set of assessment tools for managers to study the key factors of the successful implementation of enterprise CRM system from the perspective of individual behavior.
