Study on the Implementation of Joint Distribution
Joint distribution is an important way to pursue rationalization and efficiency of logistics. It becomes a type and a trend of distribution. It is necessary to discuss how joint distribution will be put into operation. Based on the former research, this paper applies cost gap allocation method in cooperation game theory to share the joint distribution cost among participant enterprises. It is tested by a case that this method is feasible and reasonable. From the standpoint of organizer, enterprises, and government, it puts forward relevant strategies and emphases about the implementation of joint distribution. It is helpful for them to carry out this new distribution mode successfully.
