Research of YIMA Coal Industry Group IT Strategy Plan
This paper proposed an IT strategy plan of YIMA coal industry group which is on basis of as a core goal, and to build two centers as a means, and to implement step by step in three stages. This IT strategy plan directed to the current mainly issues and difficulties that the enterprise faced to, which used strategic aim of the enterprise as a core-oriented, and built the enterprise information center and business intelligence center, and implemented step by step through three stages of building of the enterprise information infrastructure , building of enterprise information system platform integration, enterprise information refined management and application, so that YIMA Coal Industry Groups overall level of information was improved effectively, and it was worked out that building line and criterion of YIMA Coal Industry Groups further information, and provided a scientific basis for the enterprise management and decision-making, and there is a certain reference value to draw up information standards of the coal enterprises at the same time.
