Determinates of Hong Kong Housing Price Dynamics: from a View of Sustainable Development

摘要：

Changes in housing price is dramatically influence the economy of Hong Kong. One the other hand, the housing price is traditionally considered to be determined with economic factors. However, with the release of Sustainable Development for the 21* Century In Hong Kong (SUSDEV 21) in 1997, the study on housing price dynamics is triggered based on sustainable development theory in Hong Kong. This study aims to explore determinates of Hong Kong housing price. Apart from economic factors, the social and environmental factors are also considered. In conclusion, the price dynamic phenomenon is the result from the comprehensive effects induced by all the variances which are derived from the sustainable development in Hong Kong.
