Research on Organization Structure and Operation Mechanism for EPC

摘要：

Combining with the characteristics of EPC engineering service organization structure, this paper elaborates the appliance of unbalanced matrix in EPC model, builds the 5 economic modules of EPC engineering service and proposes performance experience model using project as its basic calculation unit and project profit as radix. Functional module is distributed according to distribution coefficient; based on multi-subject and the principle of controllability, performance experience model is formed; functional module operation distribution coefficient is got according to the real accounting data one EPC Company.
