Research on Interactive Relationship between Building Energy Efficiency and Real Estate Market
Buildings are both energy and resource consumer and main emission source of environment pollution. Therefore, building energy efficiency has become the key part of energy efficiency work. This article analyzes in depth the interaction between building energy efficiency and real estate market, points out the building energy efficiency strategy will benefit the sustainable development of real estate; while the governments, real estate developers, estate agents and consumers have been driving the building energy efficiency strategy into effect through their own behavior. Only have the building energy efficiency and real estate market interact with each other, work together to realize the goal of sustainable social, economic and ecological development
