Study of the Fair Distribution in Protective Housing Market
Research purpose: By study of protective housing allocation equity lacking at present, author wants to solve the problem by effective method. Research methods: literature, mathematical analysis. The conclusion of the study: At this stage, regulation policy execution flaw and credit cost are lost without institutional support. So, fair distribution of housing markets need to introduce fines and penalties as a means of regulation to raise the violation cost, and to accelerate the improvement of supporting legal and mobilize local government initiative to support income situation assessment. At last establish effective professional organization in protective house market
