Theoretical Basis of Construction Project Priority of Compensation

摘要：

Through analyzing characteristics of construction projects contracts, this paper discusses the theoretical basis of construction projects priority. Via analysis we can know that construction projects priority is a right given by law founded on the principle of fairness and following the characteristics of construction projects contract based on self-protection, which means the contractor could guarantee for his creditors right and have priority over materialized fructus industriales. it aims to protect interests of contractor.
