Study on the Constructional Engineering Disputes and Settlement Mechanism
With the booming development of the real estate, a tremendous number of constructional engineering disputes emerge.As the subject of the dispute involves a much more complicated specific professional and technical issue within a hundred years of industrial experiences, litigation is not the most effective approach. With their respective advantages, FIDIC engineer decision, DRB , DAB and NEC arbitrator system, etc. are being adopted generally in the world to solve the disputes, which can provide beneficial suggestions for the improvement of the construction dispute resolution mechanism in China.
