The Concept of Green Risk Assessment and its Practical Application to Construction Project Management

摘要：

The article presents concept of green risk, establishes green risk assessment system of construction project, with a engineering case, index weight of green risk is obtained with the adoption of AHP, according to the index weight, green risk index is divided into four ranks, further, takes the first and second rank of green risk index as the factor set of evaluating green risk in construction project, then with the use of fuzzy evaluation, degree of green risk in construction project is evaluated, so as to work out the controlling measures for green risk, also, through studying, hopes that it can promote the research of green risk evaluation for construction project.
