Construction of Organizational Communication System of Project Management

摘要：

There are many main bodies involved in a construction project Because of different objectives and interests, the communication becomes the key to project success. In this paper, first of all, the meaning of the project organizational communication is defined. From the perspective of institutional economics, the governance structure of management contract model is analyzed. Then, the organizational communication demand is analyzed from aspects of working relationship and conflict management. Finally, three-dimensional framework system of project organization communication is constructed as the core of the project manager. This study enriches the theoretical system of project communication, but also provides a useful reference for construction project management practices.
