Strategy and Transformation Mechanism of Crisis of Large-Scale Public Buildings
Transformation mechanism of crisis is currently a proposed high-level resolution of event based on sufficient understanding for unexpected accident. Frequent crisis of public buildings markedly affected the public psychology, the normal development of human society, as well as the social stability and harmony. The crisis management of large public buildings was investigated in this paper. Based on the theory of psychology, the effects of individual and social psychological factors, and individual demands, as well as individual motivations during the life-cycle crisis on the individual psychological change and behavior were discussed. In order to change the public awareness of crisis and make more efficient management, a intervention model considering the effect of transformation mechanism on crisis strategy was attempted to establish.
