Research the Effect of Burned Ox Dung Ash on Compressive Strength in Autoclaved Aerated Block
The paper is aim at the effect of the ash on the compressive strength of autoclaved concrete block which is made in north-west of china. Two types of block with and ox dung ash are experimented according to 2006 (autoclaved aerated concrete blocks).The indicated that the cube compressive axial compressive strength of the block with ox dung ash is higher than that of the block burned ox dung ash. The microstructure of types of block is scanned by electron result of the SEM (scanning electron indicated that the pore structure of the burned ox dung ash is symmetrical on the filler in the pore is more much, there is crack on the interface between the binder and aggregate, it can be concluded that dung ash act as a main role on improving blocks because of its second hydration.
