Design of Integrated Antenna-Coupled Detector for MMW and Sub-MMW Imaging

摘要：

Integrated bowtie antenna coupled Schottky diode detector for MMW and Sub-MMW imaging was investigated. An optimum bowtie model which can be easily scaled was achieved. A Ka-band detector was manufactured and tested. The test results matched the simulation results well.
