Inductively Coupled RFID Tag Antenna Design and Measurement

Methods to implement RFID tag antennas complex impedance been discussed,the results show inductively coupled rectangle ring feeding structure is an convenient way to implement complex impedancc.A UHF band inductively coupled ring feeding RFID tag antenna is proposed,meanwhile,the dimension parameters influence on antennas impedance is studied. This antenna shows S11<-10dB bandwidth as 880~960MHz,gain as 2dBi while its dimension as 90mm×16mm.The measured result s are compared with the simulated results, and good agreement is obtained.
