The Mechanism of High-tech Enterprises’ Innovation based on the View of Management Support
The management support has an important influence on hightech enterprise innovation. The study on domestic hightech enterprises shows that organizational motivation, organizational barriers, resources support, supervisor support, team support and autonomy all have significant impacts on the performance of employees, in which psychological safety and organizational learning play an intermediary role. Therefore, managers of hightech enterprises should provide support programs for staff systematically to enhance employees’ psychological safety and organizational learning capacity for the purpose of innovation emerging.
